In order to meet the special requirements of instant tea, liquid tea beverage, tea food and tea meal for tea raw materials, a pilot plant for industrial tea processing was set up to form a set of system technology for cleaner production of industrial tea, and technical operation norms for industrial tea production were formulated to provide technical guarantee for the production of industrial tea by tea production enterprises.
Establishing small-scale and pilot-scale laboratories for the development of new products containing tea can develop tea, tea beverage, solid tea beverage, milk tea, tea food, tea health products, tea meals, natural aroma products of tea, etc., forming a series of production technology and operation norms, providing services for tea deep processing enterprises and catering enterprises.
Relying on the testing center of Damin Food (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. (passed the CNAS certification of China National Accreditation Committee for Qualification Assessment in 2010), four laboratories for microbial detection, physical and chemical detection, sensory evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of tea products have been established, and more testing equipment will be invested, high-end testing personnel will be introduced, and efforts will be made to enhance pesticide residues and heavy metal residues in tea products. At the same time, a quality management service center has been built to serve the tea and tea processing enterprises in our country and our province. At the same time, a systematic summary and analysis has been carried out to provide suggestions and demonstrations for green production of tea industry in our country and promote the development of tea industry.
